Nowadays most companies operating in public environment decide on long - term marketing activities towards public institutions. Entrepreneurs associate in employers and branch organizations which represent them towards high officials and other decision makers. There are two basic elements of marketing activities towards public institutions: Public Relations and Public Affairs. Those two complete each other by practicing various communication techniques. It becomes also more popular for the companies to involve professional lobby agents who represent them towards high officials and decision makers.

Title: Information and power

Article describes information as a value in itself in the special contects of its appearance in public spfere. It brings closer mechnism of information flow between different state authorities. It describes the culture of information usage in the process of preparation of political decisions and the influence of the quality of information to the quality of political decisions. Article emphasizes also an impact of modern information chaos to the acts of rulling and governing. Apsect of new technologies usage in the contects of establishment a closer relation between power and citizens is also treated with carefull analize. Decision supprt systems are also pointed out in the article. One can also find information about new types of serious treats for the state concerned with making use of new technologies.
